Jewel of the Seas
On the 5th May 2004, the fourth and final ship in Royal Caribbean's Radiance family sailed from Southampton.  She was named in Southampton two days later then had a seven night maiden voyage before repositioning to Harwich where she is every summer doing cruises to Scandanavia and Russia.
