Millennium & Black Watch (III)
My first stalking of the 2007 Southampton season saw Celebrity Cruises' 91,000grt Millennium make a return visit after seven years on the 2nd April.  As she was heading to St. Nazaire for a refit, her departure time was 9am.  She arrived at 4.45am and docked in Mayflower Terminal as City terminal won't be open until her return later in the month.  Black Watch arrived for 7am and docked in QEII terminal.  The weather was sunny, creating a haze which made it hard to see Millennium down the end.  It was also absolutely freezing with a very strong wind.
9am came and went and she finally cast off around 9.20.  We were the only ones down there so at least only dog walkers and joggers got in the way.
